About Vedant
I, Vedant Kamble, Digital Marketer, Business Consultant and Entrepreneur, Founder of VJK Advertising Agency and VChange Fashion. Alongwith Person with Disability having Muscular Dystrophy.
Student Life
I am currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Digital Marketing. I hold a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree with a major in Marketing.
Due to mild scoliosis and lordosis, I attended regular school up to the 7th standard. Sitting for long hours became challenging for me, so in coordination with my school principal, I transitioned to studying from home and appearing only for examinations. I completed my SSC as a regular student studying independently and secured 71.20% — my first significant academic milestone.
After SSC, I faced my first major career decision: choosing a stream between Science, Arts, and Commerce. While my elder brother opted for Science, I did not feel fully aligned with that path. Since childhood, I have been determined to pursue business — I have always believed that businesses are the backbone of any economy. This conviction guided me to choose Commerce as my stream, with a clear vision to pursue an MBA in the future.
I completed my HSC with 82%, achieving the top rank in my college in both 11th and 12th standards. Afterward, I enrolled in the Bachelor of Management Studies program. During the second half of my degree, the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns brought significant changes. However, I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason. Having already adapted to studying independently since the 7th standard, I made the most of online classes and college lectures. I remained an active participant throughout, consistently securing a 10 SGPI in all five semesters and graduating with an overall CGPI of 9.23.
During the lockdown, I also took the opportunity to pursue various certification courses in Digital Marketing, Soft Skills, Management, and Graphic Design — an area I have been passionate about since childhood. I have been interested in creative graphics and editing since the 9th standard, which naturally aligns with my career focus on Digital Marketing.
Building on these experiences, I chose to specialize further by enrolling in an MBA in Digital Marketing to strengthen my knowledge and advance my professional goals.

Journey towards Entrepreneurship
Foundation of My Advertising Agency: In 2020, during the challenging days of the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns, when daily life came to a standstill and many people felt demotivated, I chose to see the situation as an opportunity for future growth.
While pursuing my Bachelor’s degree, I founded my own online advertising and marketing business, VJK Advertising & Marketing Agency. The rise in online activity during the pandemic highlighted the importance of digital business growth — and as a marketing student, I knew that marketers play a vital role in helping businesses reach their potential.
Many businesses have excellent products or services but struggle to reach the right audience. At VJK Advertising & Marketing Agency, we partner with such businesses to enhance their reach through effective marketing, branding, and digital strategies.
To date, we have successfully worked with over five brands, delivering comprehensive Digital Marketing and Branding services across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites. We take pride in the fact that all our clients have been highly satisfied with the results and the value we have added to their business growth.

Job Search and Applications
While VJK Advertising & Marketing Agency received a positive response and achieved good results, after completing my graduation I also began exploring job opportunities to expand my professional experience.
As a candidate with a locomotive disability, I have certain physical limitations — I am unable to sit for long periods, require regular rest, and have restricted mobility for commuting. Therefore, I have focused my job search on work-from-home roles that allow me to contribute effectively in a comfortable and accessible environment.
I have submitted several applications, and while many organizations acknowledged my resume, some positions required on-site work, which is not feasible for me. As a person with a disability, having a supportive and flexible work environment is essential to perform at my best.
I am continuing to seek opportunities that align with my skills and experience in marketing and digital strategy, where I can deliver my best work, grow professionally, and be rewarded with a fair and competitive salary in a work setting that accommodates my needs.

Foundation of VChange Fashion
In 2020, I focused on the Business-to-Business (B2B) sector through VJK Advertising & Marketing Agency. Building on that experience, in 2023 I decided to expand into the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) market with the launch of VChange Fashion — an e-commerce platform offering a wide range of men’s, women’s, and kids’ apparel, as well as home décor and accessories.
VChange Fashion officially launched on January 1, 2023, and has received an encouraging response with a growing base of satisfied customers. Our business model is designed to deliver quality products directly from manufacturers to consumers, eliminating unnecessary intermediaries in the traditional retail supply chain.
Unlike conventional retail stores that rely on multiple wholesalers and distributors, VChange Fashion partners directly with manufacturers listed on our platform. There are many more entrepreneurial ideas I plan to bring to life in the future. I stepped into entrepreneurship not only to become financially independent and self-sufficient, but also because I believe entrepreneurship goes far beyond personal success. Entrepreneurs are job creators — they build opportunities not just for themselves but for others, including candidates with disabilities (PwD). As an entrepreneur, I am committed to driving positive change for individuals, communities, and ultimately, society at large — from local to global impact.
All of this is possible through positivity, motivation, and inspiration — values I have been able to hold onto because of my parents’ unwavering love and support. We are all born with our parents’ blessings, and nothing is more enduring than their love. My mother has always inspired and motivated me to pursue my dreams, guiding me with her wisdom. My father has been my constant pillar of support, never saying ‘no’ to my ambitions. My elder brother, Prof. Shubham Kamble, who also lives with Muscular Dystrophy, has taught me a great deal about science, technology, and life itself. To everyone reading this: being an entrepreneur with a disability is not a limitation — it is an opportunity. You may have certain challenges, but turn them into your strengths. Do what makes you happy — when your work aligns with your passion, you will never feel bored or burdened. And above all, always listen to your parents — they only wish the best for you. To all parents: please ask your children about their dreams, give them choices, and support their decisions instead of imposing your own.
