In muscular dystrophy, abnormal genes (mutations) interfere with the production of proteins needed to form healthy muscle. In easy way, muscle of body gets weaken day by day. It starts with affecting Hands and Legs, the person gets difficult to walk, climb stairs, lifting legs and hands. Later, it starts affecting other parts of body like Upperbody, Lowerbody and thus person go on wheelchair, with progression muscle of Face, Neck, Chest, and Heart are affected and thereafter affects Respiratory.
