In muscular dystrophy, abnormal genes (mutations) interfere with the production of proteins needed to form healthy muscle. In easy way, muscle of body gets weaken day by day. It starts with affecting Hands and Legs, the person gets difficult to walk, climb stairs, lifting legs and hands.
